On board.  It was rainy, foggy and/or cloudy every day (SE Alaska is a temperate rainforest).  The company provided full rain gear which, you can see, we wore even resting up between excursions.

Wildlife.  We saw bears, sea lions, tufted puffins, seals, otters, eagles, whales, dolphins and ravens.  Hard to capture in photos.  The first two photos are of a mother bear and her three cubs taken just outside a fish hatchery..  In the one with the rope all along the bottom, she has caught a salmon for them.
